CAF launches Media Rights Tender for CAF Interclub Competitions in Sub-Saharan Africa for 2026-2028
The Confédération Africaine de Football (“CAF”) has launched a tender process for the media rights of the CAF Interclub Competitions; the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League and TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup 2026, 2027 and 2028.
The Invitation to tender, which also includes TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup 2027 and 2028 and CAFWomen’s Champions League 2027 and 2028, will close on 11 November at 17h00 Cairo time (15h00 GMT).
CAF has made significant strides in developing and expanding its Interclub competitions in recent years, driving a surge in global interest in African Football.
Available Media Rights (Tender):
- Sub-Saharan English (Pay-TV) and local languages
- Sub-Saharan Free-to-Air (All languages)
The following territories are excluded:
- MENA (All languages)
- Pay-TV French-speaking rights
