A new report indicates doctors are starting to see the effects of global warming in patients with one even handing out a diagnosis of ‘climate change’ in a fairly recent case.
NBC News is describing such medical assessments as a “trend.”
The report cites a case from June where a Canadian woman from a location in the throes of a record heatwave went to an emergency room due to dehydration.
She was also “suffering from asthma and diabetes.”
The doctor in this case, according to CTV News-Vancouver, “started thinking about underlying issues” and “ultimately diagnosed her with climate change.”
When a woman showed up at an emergency room in Canada dehydrated and suffering from asthma and diabetes, Dr. Merritt admitted her citing climate change as the underlying cause for her condition.
Many perceived it as a first-of-its-kind diagnosis. https://t.co/KPngBciFaL

Doctors Start To Diagnose ‘Climate Change’
Of course, a doctor diagnosing a patient with ‘climate change’ is worthy of mockery, scorn, and an immediate switch in physicians by the patient.
You would no more take an individual suffering from lung cancer and diagnose them with ‘cigarettes’ or somebody who is obese with ‘french fries.’
AOC couldn’t walk into her therapist’s office to discuss the Capitol riot, for example, and emerge with a diagnosis of ‘ignorance.’ It might be true and an underlying factor, but it’s not a diagnosis.
The doctor in the original case made the diagnosis to garner attention for himself. In an interview, he pretended he had no idea what kind of attention it would bring.
“I’m not used to this amount of attention that I’ve been receiving recently over the past couple of days here,” he claimed. “Yeah, it’s interesting the way that things I guess make an impact.”

Diagnosis Dovetails Politics
President Biden last week pushed his climate change agenda indicating it may have been behind deadly tornadoes in Kentucky.
“All that I know is that the intensity of the weather across the board has some impact as a consequence of the warming of the planet and the climate change,” he said within hours of the tornadoes.
He admitted, however, “The specific impact on these specific storms, I can’t say at this point.”

Meteorologist Ryan Maue has dedicated much of his social media account to the phenomenon.
In one particular case, he had been teasing AOC for a video in which she stated a tornado warning in Washington was a clear sign of a climate crisis.
“The climate crisis is real y’all … guess we’re at casual tornadoes in growing regions of the country,” Ocasio-Cortez said to her followers.
“No idea what she means with ‘casual tornadoes’ and how this line of severe thunderstorms is proof of any ‘climate crisis,’” Maue replied. “It’s just the weather in D.C.”
Maue elaborated that AOC’s comments appear to demonstrate that she “does not know the difference between weather and climate.”
NBC News, despite declaring a diagnosis of ‘climate change’ to be a “trend” in the health care profession, is unable to cite any similar assessment from other doctors.
But they did manage to find another doctor in Canada who said “she is seeing more patients who are experiencing the adverse effects of global warming, mostly involving respiratory ailments and mental health.”
