We’re just days away from New Year’s Eve, and if you’re already feeling smug about having your dining plans in Dubai locked in to welcome 2026, there’s just one final thing to check: the weather.
After December’s downpours washed away mid-month plans, it’s only natural to wonder whether the rain might make a repeat appearance and threaten your NYE celebrations too.
While the forecast can still change, here’s what we know so far.
The weather forecast for the last few days of 2025
- Friday, December 26: High 25°C, Low 18°C | Hazy day and clear night
- Saturday, December 27: High 26°C, Low 18°C | Hazy day and mainly clear night
- Sunday, December 28: High 28°C, Low 20°C | Hazy sunshine and clear night
- Monday, December 29: High 27°C, Low 19°C | Hazy sunshine and clear night
- Tuesday, December 30: High 26°C, Low 19°C | Hazy sunshine and mainly clear night
New Year’s Eve weather in Dubai:
- Wednesday, December 31: High 25°C, Low 16°C | Hazy sunshine and mainly clear night
Given the current forecast, while you’ll all be eager to show off your glam dresses and sharp suits, it looks like layering up will be a must to ring in 2026.
But that’s all fine, you are sure to have a grand time either ways.
Other things to keep in mind
Weather attire sorted, the next step is to plan for your trip.
Remember, Dubai’s Road and Transport Authority (RTA) always announces road closures especially nearer to midnight. And you don’t want to be caught out in the traffic jams.
