    After another action-packed season, the scene is set for a thrilling Varsity Cup final between Maties and UCT Ikeys as the Cape sides get set for an epic battle on 14 April.

    That clash will kick off at the Danie Craven Stadium at 19:00.

    UCT progressed through to their fourth consecutive final after defeating FNB UP-Tuks at Tuks Stadium with a decisive performance, while log leaders Maties earned a hard-fought victory over defending champions UFS Shimlas in Stellenbosch.

    UCT Ikeys completed the double over UP-Tuks to book their place in the final with a thrilling 48-35 triumph at Tuks Stadium on Monday. Relentless performance from the visitors cornered Tuks to surrender a place in the finals of the Varsity Cup 2025.
