Marc Guehi (Crystal Palace): He came back into the Palace team and was excellent, strong and powerful against Bournemouth. When they went down to 10 men he was key in securing a clean sheet.

William Saliba (Arsenal): There’s not much more we can say about him. Arsenal cruised to a 4-0 win at Ipswich and he never looked flustered. He’s closing in on being as good as Virgil van Dijk.

Ibrahima Konate (Liverpool): Liverpool made hard work of it against Leicester but Konate showed that he is at the top level physically and he is switched on. He could become a great centre-back, possibly one that could rival the greats.

Milos Kerkez (Bournemouth): He’s been in my team of the week quite a few times now but he delivered another big performance against Crystal Palace. He was Bournemouth’s best attacking option and a little unfortunate not to have someone put away the chances that he created.
