The Nigeria International Trade Fair (NITF) returns November 21 – November 30 2025 at the Trade Fair Complex, Lagos-Badagry Expressway, restoring the fair’s original name, location and national mandate after a multi-year hiatus. The 2025 edition runs under the theme, “Trade, Technology and Transformation: Leveraging Digital Trade for Economic and Industrial Growth.”

As the Federal Government’s official national marketplace, NITF re-enters the calendar reaffirming its role as Nigeria’s national marketplace and a West Africa gateway for cross-border commerce. The fair operates under the purview of the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex Management Board, an agency under the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade & Investment.

Following last year’s successful Commercial & Industrial Trade Fair at the Complex, NITF 2025 will convene businesses, policymakers, investors, and international exhibitors from a wide range of sectors – including textiles, electronics, agriculture, creative goods, industrial manufacturing, and emerging tech. The fair combines B2B activity with public-facing experiences, creating a venue for deals, discovery, and industry storytelling. It will spotlight Nigeria’s economic breadth while giving small and medium businesses a stage alongside larger brands, with participation expected from across West Africa and other international markets.

Jumoke Oduwole, Nigerian Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, said: “Strengthening Nigeria’s commercial and industrial sector through trade and investment is vital to driving economic growth and transformation in an interconnected global economy. Reviving

the national trade fair under its original banner is a practical step in this plan. The Trade Fair Complex is back. It is our commitment to building a stronger, more connected ecosystem that links Nigerian producers with both regional and global demand.”

Echoing the Minister’s remarks, Barr. Safiya Ndanusa, Executive Director/CEO, Lagos International Trade Fair Complex Management Board, added:

“Building on the Renewed Hope vision, this year’s fair will welcome over 10,000 visitors across 10 days, multi-country delegations, and the introduction of the NITF Awards. For exhibitors and investors alike, this is where West Africa connects, scales, and signs the deals that matter.”

The dedication and support of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment, via The Honourable Ministers, Permanent Secretary and Management of the Ministry, have been pivotal in bringing this trade fair to life. With this year’s theme, we’re showcasing how digital innovation drives West Africa’s trade and industrial future. Equally important is our partnership with NACCIMA under Engr. (Dr.) Jani Ibrahim, which has been helpful in realizing this shared vision.“

    Exhibitor registration and partnership opportunities for NITF 2025 are now open. For participation details, visit www.nitf.ng or contact +234 815 256 0854 & +234 902 056 7684.
