Last night was the pre-opening of Nobu One Za’abeel ahead of its official launch this Saturday, January 17, and the guest list was VIP-filled…

Dubai got a first taste of one of the most anticipated restaurant openings of 2026, as Nobu One Za’abeel welcomed a host of celebrities, influencers, and VIPs for an exclusive pre-opening event. Guests enjoyed a sneak peek of the stunning new venue, sampled signature Nobu dishes, and soaked up the high-energy atmosphere ahead of the official opening this weekend.

Have you booked your table yet? Reservations are now open, and with Dubai’s love for Nobu, tables are expected to go fast.

What makes Nobu One Za’abeel so special?

This is Nobu’s third Dubai venue and 58th worldwide, but it promises to be unlike any other. Set inside The Link at One Za’abeel, the world’s longest cantilevered building, the restaurant sits 230 metres above the ground, offering sky-high views alongside the iconic Nobu dining experience.

Fans of the brand can expect all the classics – from black cod miso and yellowtail jalapeño to premium wagyu and world-famous Nobu sushi – along with exclusive creations made just for this location. Think Mediterranean seabass with tomato dashi ponzu and wagyu beef tenderloin with shiitake millefeuille.

A Nobu that comes alive at night

While the restaurant serves refined dining, Nobu One Za’abeel is designed to transform after dark. With extended bar hours, DJ-led soundtracks, and a vibrant lounge, it offers a high-energy nightlife experience, making it a world-first concept for the Nobu brand – tailor-made for Dubai.

The space itself is a mix of dark woods, bronze and brass details, marble finishes, and warm lighting, with art installations and subtle gold accents creating a luxurious yet contemporary atmosphere.
