Western Province Women racked up a bonus point win against the SWD’s Garden Route Badgers at Newlands to headline the weekend’s Hollywoodbets Pro50 Series action, while the Titans delivered an emphatic performance at home to bolster their tournament aspirations on Saturday, 7 February 2026.
At WSB Newlands, World Sports Betting Western Province captain Leah Jones made the decisive call to bowl first, a move that paid immediate dividends. The Western Province bowling unit produced a clinical display of discipline and pace, dismantling the Six Gun Grill Garden Route Badgers batting lineup for just 92 runs in 39.1 overs.
Miya Lalor was the standout performer with the ball, tearing through the Badgers’ top and middle order to claim a superb 4/23. She was well supported by all-rounder Jemma Botha, who kept the pressure high with a remarkable spell of 3/7, while Tatum le Roux added two wickets to complete the rout.
For the visitors, only Nicolien Janse van Rensburg (36) offered sustained resistance as the Badgers struggled to find a rhythm against a relentless attack.

In response, Western Province made light work of the modest target. Delmi Tucker anchored the chase with a composed, unbeaten 40 off 42 balls, while Faye Tunnicliffe contributed a brisk 25. Despite losing four wickets, the hosts reached 95/4 in just 17.4 overs, securing a comfortable six-wicket victory and a vital bonus point.
In Centurion, the Fidelity Titans sent a clear message to the rest of the field with a dominant 69-run victory over the North West Dragons.

The day belonged to Proteas Women star Anneke Bosch, who hammered a breathtaking, unbeaten 114 off just 77 deliveries. Her innings, combined with a fluent 79 from Tebogo Macheke, propelled the Titans to an imposing total of 286/5 from their 50 overs.
The Dragons fought gamely in their pursuit, led by a resilient half-century from the experienced Mignon du Preez. However, the scoreboard pressure proved too much. Samantha Schutte led the Titans’ defence with 3/41, while Miane Smit and Angel Mngwenya picked up two wickets apiece to restrict the Dragons to 217/9 to win by 69 runs.
