    Testosterone is critically important to men’s sexual health. And men today have some of the lowest levels of testosterone in recorded history.

    The term “soy boy” has its basis in science. Soy catalyzes the production of estrogen, which throws off the balance between our sexual hormones.

    Due to how most milk is produced (by injecting hormones into female cows and constantly impregnate them) most milk contains a slew of estrogen and other female sex hormones.

    However, hormone-free milk can actually help boost testosterone.

    1. Alcohol

    The occasional drink is totally fine, but excessive drinking can cause severe drops in testosterone levels, studies have shown.

    1. Eggs

    If you have a bad heart, avoid the eggs. But if you’re healthy, eggs should be a staple of your diet. This is because cholesterol is actually what your body converts into free testosterone.

    1. Fatty Fish

    Fish like salmon and tuna can do wonders for your testosterone. That’s because omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D have been shown to increase T levels in men by up to 90%.  

    1. Grass Fed Red Meat

    No surprise here. Regularly eating the caveman special, red meat, has been shown to optimize testosterone production. Look for grass fed lamb or beef.

    Fruits That Get You Hard…

    You’ve heard the saying, “You are what you eat?”

    How about the saying “Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym”?

    Well… I’ve found BOTH to be true, and that food plays a MAJOR role in how your body functions.

    There was a time when I THOUGHT I was perfectly healthy, but in reality, I wasn’t… I just happened to be thin.

    I was always tired, I couldn’t sleep properly, my head was always foggy, and worst of all?

    It was pretty hard for me to get hard…

    Sometimes I’d get hard, sometimes I couldn’t, I could NEVER get hard for a second round, and I’d almost always blow my load too quickly…
