The first wave of Team SA representatives for the Region 5 Games have arrived in the Namibian capital ahead of the Region 5 Youth Games. The group departed from Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International earlier on Tuesday, writes Mark Lemke in Windhoek. The Region 5 Games are being split across Windhoek and Swakopmund, with the next Team SA’s athletes arriving on Wednesday. The codes staying and competing in Windhoek are football, netball, basketball, volleyball, judo, boxing, karate, table tennis and tennis.
