Paris des Arts has travelled to Athens, Greece, on a mission to awaken your taste buds! Greek gastronomy’s ambassador Dina Nikolaou takes us to the beating heart of the Greek capital, the central market, to show us her country’s finest fresh ingredients. We then meet a French chef who has warmly embraced Greek cuisine and lifestyle: Arnaud Bignon runs the Michelin-starred restaurant Spondi. Finally, we enjoy some sweet treats with our fauvorite pastry chef, Stelios Parliaros, who has revolutionised Greek desserts.
