The EU Defence Readiness Roadmap 2030 sets out objectives and milestones to strengthen Europe’s defence technological and industrial base. It aims to expand production capacity, accelerate delivery, and reduce critical dependencies across supply chains.
In support of these objectives, the European Commission is conducting a survey to gather insights from the defence and security industry regarding key factors influencing the performance, competitiveness, innovation, capacity and export potential of European companies.
We invite all companies and organisations within the defence and security sector to share their views and recommendations. Your contributions will inform the socio-economic analysis of the sector and facilitate identification of the main challenges, opportunities and priorities of the European defence industry. The survey will remain open until 18 October 2026.
