Kaizer Chiefs have been spotted with a new player in training.

Kaizer Chiefs have been spotted with a new midfielder at Naturena.

Manqoba Ozoemena is back in training at Naturena.

    NEW MIDFIELDER SPOTTED AT CHIEFS

Chiefs have already promoted three DDC stars to the first team.

Thulani Mabaso, Naledi Hlongwane and Kabelo Nkgwesa have all made the step up to the senior side.

Meanwhile, another two DDC starlets have been spotted with Amakhosi.

“However, two new faces have been spotted training with the first team. That pair is goalkeeper Naphtali Mokoena and midfielder Manqoba Ozoemena,” KickOff stated.

Ozoemena was a part of Chiefs’ pre-season training last year before he returned to the DDC side.

So, Amakhosi’s technical team see potential in the talented young midfielder. Meanwhile, Mokoena is also set to form a part of Nasreddine Nabi’s youthful Chiefs squad this season.

“They were spotted among the first team during the club’s media open day on Tuesday and are expected to form a part of the club’s youthful squad this season, with head coach Nasreddine Nabi having made it no secret of his admiration for young talent,” the publication added.

BIG MOVES CONFIRMED, MORE DEALS LINED UP

Chiefs have a new captain set to lead them into the new era.

Meanwhile, Amakhosi were spotted with a new coach on the sidelines. Interestingly, Chiefs management are unhappy over Nasreddine Nabi and they are set to hold key talks over his future – here is the latest.

Furthermore, Chiefs have completed 18 deals. Amakhosi have 11 new players – SEVEN signings and FOUR players have been promoted. These THREE players from PSL rivals are close to joining Chiefs.

However, what goes up must come down. So, with more signings lined up, there will be more departures.

These Chiefs players are heading out of Naturena.

HAVE YOU SEEN OZOEMENA AND MOKOENA IN ACTION FOR THE DDC SIDE? IF SO, ARE THEY GOOD ENOUGH TO PLAY FOR CHIEFS’ FIRST TEAM?
