PageGroup has initiated a significant change. The international recruitment firm has unified its various recruitment and outsourcing operations under the Michael Page brand, streamlining its worldwide presence as it commemorates 50 years globally and 15 years of operation in India.
This strategic shift integrates the company’s specialized recruitment, executive search, and enterprise solutions into one cohesive brand. This consolidation mirrors the evolving ways clients interact with the firm across diverse markets, sectors, and talent acquisition requirements.
Within this updated framework, services for permanent, interim, and project-based recruitment will function alongside the company’s enterprise solutions division, which delivers extensive recruitment and outsourcing services for international corporations. Page Executive will maintain its role as Michael Page’s dedicated executive search and leadership advisory arm, fostering closer collaboration with the wider organization.
According to the company, this consolidated structure aims to simplify access for both clients and candidates to its comprehensive suite of services, simultaneously promoting enhanced cooperation among its teams and across different regions.
In addition to these organizational adjustments, Michael Page has introduced a revitalized visual identity. This includes a newly designed logo, an updated wordmark, streamlined typography, and a fresh color scheme. The new branding seeks to establish a more uniform presence across all digital channels, communications, and marketing collateral.
The rebranding initiative was executed in collaboration with the international brand consultancy Dragon Rouge, in conjunction with Michael Page’s worldwide leadership and marketing departments.
“Michael Page is already one of the most recognised and trusted names in professional recruitment. Bringing our services together under one brand reflects how we work in practice today, as one business, connected by shared expertise, insight and relationships. It allows us to support clients and candidates in a simpler, smarter and more joined up way,” Michael Page chief executive officer Nicholas Kirk said.
Explaining the rationale for the refresh, Michael Page chief marketing and data officer Eamon Collins stated, “This update isn’t about chasing novelty. It’s about being honest about who we are and making sure that comes through consistently. Fitting for our 50th year, this refresh builds on our well-established identity and reputation, giving us a sharper, more confident way to show up, while staying true to how our clients and candidates experience us every day.”
The firm additionally underscored the increasing significance of India within its international operations.
“India continues to be one of the most dynamic talent markets globally, with organisations looking for recruitment partners who can bring specialist expertise, market insight and scalable solutions together seamlessly,” Michael Page senior managing director Nilay Khandelwal said.
The newly updated identity and consolidated brand framework are slated for implementation across various markets in the forthcoming months. This will involve a phased replacement of the current PageGroup identity with new branding, communications, and customer interaction points.
