The Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN) has unveiled a truly global and star-studded speaker lineup for the 2025 Africa Coaching Week (ACW). Under the theme “FAST FORWARD: Future-Proof Coaching in Today’s Intelligent Economy”, ACW 2025 will run from November 23rd to 28th, with high-level speaking activities culminating on November 27th. The event will convene founders, executives, creatives, and thought leaders from across four continents. Registration is ongoing. Click here to register.

The transformative journey officially kicks off with the glamorous Ankara Glam Opening Gala in Lagos. This flagship event is headlined by Oke Maduewesi (Founder & CEO of Zaron Group), followed by a high-level fireside chat featuring business leaders, including Dr Enahoro Okhae, Adetutu Laditan, Yemí Fáseun, and Adeoye David Abodunrin.

    Global Reach and Strategic Sessions

“ACW 2025 is a global stage showcasing that the future of leadership is being driven from Africa,” said Omawumi Ogbe, LCAN president. “This year’s line-up, featuring experts from across Africa, the US, the UK, and Europe, represents the necessary diversity and brilliance required to navigate the Intelligent Economy. We are not just participating; we are setting the agenda.”

The insights transition online on Tuesday, November 25th, with a high-impact LinkedIn Live Event (powered by StephREDD Solutions). This session features global leaders like Joel Landi, Etemore Glover, Eyitayo O. (Utiva), and Foluso Gbadamosi, moderated by Stephanie Kadiri ‘StephREDD’.The week culminates with the Global Summit on Thursday, November 27th, powered by Woof Studios Africa, a leading creator service provider. The virtual summit will feature a powerful keynote conversation between influential Kenyan coach Robert Burale and experienced academic Patti Brown, associate dean at the Saïd Business School, Oxford.

The summit will also feature two anticipated High-Level Panel sessions:

    • Panel I: Featuring Nigerian transformation strategist Sam Obafemi, South African consultant Dr Palesa Munzara, and French luxury marketing expert Olivier Martinez.
    • Panel II: Bringing together the financial expertise of Ugochukwu Obi-Chukwu (Nairametrics) and Casava Microinsurance’s Aluor Agusah, alongside executive coach & CEO of BMO Advisory Services, Bola Matel Okoh, moderated by global executive coach Michelle Zou.

Dr Lanre Olusola, Chairman of the LCAN Board of Trustees, emphasised the strategic imperative of the theme: “The mission of LCAN is to standardise coaching, and ACW 2025 is the engine driving that standardisation globally. This theme compels every leader to embrace strategic foresight. This is the premier forum for anyone ready to become future-ready.”

Speaking in the same vein, Emmanuel Emeh, the Executive Committee Chair of ACW 2025, reinforced that “ACW 2025 is for anyone ready to become future-ready. This is the place where Africa meets the world and the future meets now.”
