England have slipped further in the World Rugby rankings following their 42-21 defeat to Ireland at Twickenham.
Ranked third after their opening Six Nations win against Wales, England have fallen to fifth after back-to-back losses.
Ireland climbed two places to third after gaining 2.09 ranking points from their record Twickenham win, with France dropping to fourth.
Les Bleus did not earn any ranking points from their 33-8 victory over 10th-ranked Italy in Lille due to the gap in ranking points between the sides.
Scotland’s 26-23 win in Cardiff propelled them from ninth to seventh, moving above Australia and Fiji, while Wales slipped from 11th to 12th, below Japan.
