A Sharks forward has reportedly signed a lucrative deal with the Canon Eagles.
According to Rapport, Jeandre Labuschagne will join the Japanese Rugby League One club – who have Springbok centre Jesse Kriel and scrumhalf Faf de Klerk on their books – at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old flank, who can also play lock, has earned 45 caps for the Sharks since making his debut against the British & Irish Lions in 2021.
He has made eight appearances for them this season, including two starts.
