The Legal Benchmarking Group is thrilled to announce the 2026 shortlist for the Women in Business Law EMEA Awards

Now in its 16th year, the Women in Business Law Awards strives to recognise the most outstanding women legal practitioners across a broad swathe of corporate finance, corporate/commercial, IP, tax and disputes practice areas

The awards celebrate those women who are not only outperforming in their areas of expertise but those who have also stood out among peers in actively championing women in the profession

Following months of in-depth research, the 2026 shortlist honours the exceptional achievements of individual lawyers and the law firms that provided the best platforms and environments to support legal talent across Europe, the Middle East and Africa

The awards team reviewed direct written entries and firm data from across Legal Benchmarking Group’s brands. Judged internally, the panel considered professional accomplishments in dealmaking and client advisory; advocacy and industry leadership; thought leadership; and policies that nurture and retain diverse talent

All winners are to be announced on the evening, including the recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award and the winners of the in-house awards

For any questions related to the research please contact the Women in Business Law team at: wibl@legalbenchmarkinggroup.com
