Global Innovation meets Taiwan’s Tech Powerhouse through ICIE
The International Council for Innovators and Entrepreneurs (ICIE) has unveiled Explore2Expand Taiwan, a worldwide delegation program intended to link entrepreneurs, startups, investors, researchers, students, academic bodies, and business leaders with Taiwan’s premier technology and innovation landscape. Scheduled from July 29 to August 2, 2026, the delegation will offer participants firsthand exposure to Taiwan’s globally acclaimed semiconductor and AI ecosystem through interactions with leading universities, technology companies, research institutions, accelerators and innovation hubs.
According to Sundeep Kumar Makthala, the program is structured to foster fresh avenues for international cooperation, market entry, technological alliances, startup growth, investment involvement, and academic dialogue. He added that Taiwan’s leadership in semiconductors, electronics, advanced manufacturing and deep technology makes it an ideal destination for innovators seeking global expansion.
