The 5th International Conference on Law and Social Transformation (ICLS 2026) provides an international platform for academicians, researchers, judges, arbitrators, mediators, legal practitioners, policymakers, industry experts, corporate professionals, and research scholars to exchange ideas and present original research on contemporary developments in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The conference explores the transformative role of arbitration, mediation, conciliation, negotiation, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), artificial intelligence, investment arbitration, ESG governance, technology-enabled justice systems, and cross-border dispute resolution in advancing sustainable development and strengthening access to justice.
