A criminal defense attorney in Georgia faces multiple charges after he was arrested following a violent, videotaped road rage incident.
Fox 5 Atlanta has the story.
Police said lawyer Richard Craven, 46, of Acworth, Georgia, is the man who is allegedly hitting and punching the driver’s side door and window of a truck last month in Kennesaw, Georgia, in a video that went viral.
Two men in a truck were traveling at the 25 miles per hour speed limit when Craven allegedly got angry, yelling and honking his horn and passing the truck in a turn lane. When caught by a red light, Craven allegedly folded up his license plate, jumped out of the car and became aggressive.
He was booked in the Cobb County Jail on Wednesday.
