Dubai’s real estate property market continues its record-breaking rise
Dubai has reached a major milestone in its property market, with total real estate transactions hitting Dhs917 billion, according to an announcement by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The update was shared by Sheikh Mohammed on his Instagram story, where he highlighted the strength of Dubai’s real estate sector and its continued growth compared to 2024 figures.
The figure, achieved by the end of 2025, shows strong momentum across the emirate’s property market and places Dubai well ahead of its long-term goal.
Sheikh Mohammed explained that Dubai’s original strategy, set several years ago, aimed to reach Dhs1 trillion in real estate transactions by 2033. Reaching Dh917 billion much earlier than planned reflects Dubai’s rapid progress and global appeal.
He also thanked investors from around the world for their trust and confidence in Dubai. In his message, Sheikh Mohammed also said the UAE remains focused on delivering on its promises, adding: “We say what we do, and we do what we say.”
The announcement further strengthens Dubai’s position as one of the world’s leading destinations for real estate investment.
