Hit, sweat, repeat: Turn your workouts into a knockout experience

Fitness fans! Dubai’s fitness scene just got an all-new Lucky Punch! The social wellness club, known for blending boxing, music and community, has launched a new outdoor activation at 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central, transforming the space into an open-air training ground.

After making waves at 25hours Hotel Indre By in Copenhagen with its boxing-fuelled workouts and community vibes, Lucky Punch is bringing the same high-energy sessions to Dubai.

Haven’t heard of Lucky Punch before?

It’s a community-first experience where you arrive ready to throw punches and leave riding a wave of endorphins. Expect boxing-led workouts set to music streamed through headphones, with instructors bringing the energy as you power through each round, all under atmospheric red lighting that turns every session into something closer to a party than a workout.

It will be at the popular hotel in the Trade Centre neighbourhood for six months, but… if the classes keep selling out like they are at the moment, Lucky Punch will turn it into its permanent home.

    Lucky Punch

At the moment, it’s the perfect weather to enjoy the punching session outdoors. But… ‘What will happen over summer?‘ you ask. Well, Lucky Punch will convert the experience into an indoor one, enclosing the space in a ‘capsule’.

It’s all about the feel-good factor and the personal glow-up. Every class pushes you, inspires you, and leaves you buzzing – while the crew around you has your back like family.

    Lucky Punch

Lucky Punch is serving up two to three outdoor classes a day, from boxing-fuelled sessions to wellness workouts and community meet-ups. Every session comes with noise-cancelling headsets blasting high-energy coaching and music, while the sleek, design-forward outdoor setting turns each workout into a full-on sensory experience.

You can make your bookings here or download the Lucky Punch app (iOS) here to book.

PS. If you’re new or worried you can’t keep up – just show up and give it your all. You’ll be supported not just by the coach, but by every single workout buddy in the room.
