General Mills has appointed Anjali Singh as Head of Global Business Solutions, marking a leadership move that also places her in charge of the company’s India Center as Site Lead.
In her new role, Singh will lead the Global Business Solutions function worldwide while anchoring operations at the India Center, an arm the company is positioning as a key hub for talent, capability building, and business growth.

The dual responsibility reflects a clear shift in how General Mills views its India operations. Rather than functioning as a support unit, the India Center is being aligned more closely with global strategy, with a growing role in driving innovation and operational capabilities.
Singh brings over 25 years of experience across strategic operations and digital transformation, having worked across sectors including banking, financial services, telecom, and consulting. She joins General Mills from Ericsson, where she served as Global Business Head.
Speaking on her appointment, Singh said she looks forward to strengthening global capability building and contributing to the company’s next phase of growth.
Such an appointment signifies that General Mills remains dedicated to the India Center as its Global Capability Center. It is a strategic engine that drives talent and innovation in the company.
