Today’s Kaizer Chiefs transfer wrap includes mixed news on Mdu Shabalala and George Matlou. Meanwhile, Gaston Sirino is in hot water.

Matlou, meanwhile, will be on the plane to the Netherlands, but Gaston Sirino has a bone to pick with SARS.

Speaking of favourites, Mduduzi Shabalala also has plenty to prove at this level. At the start of 2024-2025, Mdu was a critical cog in the Chiefs side, operating from the number 10 role. His output was healthy, too. However, that has dwindled dramatically. After 27 league appearances, he’s only got four goals and an assist. His decision-making can also be questioned

Will Matlou feature prominently for Kaizer Chiefs next season?
