The uMkhonto weSizwe Party has removed Nhlamulo Ndhlela as its national spokesperson.
The announcement was made on Monday night by the party’s secretary-general, Sibonelo Nomvalo, following a meeting of the party’s national officials.

Ndhlela will be replaced by Sifiso Mahlangu.
MK Party Appoints Sifiso Mahlangu As New Spokesperson
The party did not provide reasons for Ndhlela’s removal.
Nomvalo said Mahlangu’s extensive media experience made him suitable to lead the party’s communication efforts.

“The national officials further take this opportunity to announce the immediate appointment of a new national spokesperson for uMkhonto weSizwe Party, who is an academic and former news editor, Cde Sifiso Mahlangu,” Nomvalo said.
“Cde Sifiso Mahlangu is a highly experienced journalist and renowned media personality and brings invaluable technical and professional insights to the party.”
Leadership Changes Continue Within MK Party
Mahlangu’s appointment comes as the MK Party continues to make changes within its leadership and communication structures.
