Microsoft co-founder and Gates Foundation Chair Bill Gates visited Carnegie Mellon University Africa (CMU-Africa) in Kigali, where he met with students and faculty working on digital public infrastructure (DPI) initiatives aimed at advancing digital transformation across Africa.
