The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced a new format for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027, which will be co-hosted by South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup will continue to provide a platform for cricket’s emerging nations to compete on the global stage, following encouraging performances from developing teams at the recently-concluded 2026 tournament.
