Uganda’s Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities has designated Mbale City as the primary focal point for national World Tourism Day 2026 celebrations, launching an artificial intelligence and digital transformation drive to expand transit links and cross-border circuits across Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Burundi.
