Inside the city’s self-care calendar and how wellness in Dubai is shaping the way we show ourselves some love

We’re only in the second month of 2026, and wellness in Dubai is already part of the daily conversation. Across the city, it’s showing up in mindful, practical ways – from science-led discussions around longevity to movement and mental clarity. At its core, wellness is a form of self-love: the quiet, consistent choices that help us feel our best. This February, here’s how Dubai is putting that into practice.

    Floating immersive breath-work

High above the city, this floating breathwork session combines guided breathwork with immersive sound therapy, all while overlooking Dubai’s skyline and the Arabian Gulf. Using noise-cancelling headphones and a curated soundscape, the experience is designed to calm the nervous system, with the floating element adding another layer of calm that carries through the entire session.
