MTN Uganda, one of the country’s leading telecom operators with a presence in all 134 districts and over 22.8 million subscribers, has partnered with Turkish Airlines to launch an exciting new campaign, “Fly Prestige with Turkish Airlines.”

The initiative offers MTN Prestige customers the chance to win free round-trip tickets to destinations across the globe.

The campaign, which will run for a year, aims to celebrate and reward high-value MTN Prestige subscribers by providing extraordinary travel experiences alongside the program’s existing lifestyle benefits.

MTN Prestige, part of MTN Uganda’s broader suite of services that includes digital and financial technology offerings such as MTN Mobile Money, has long focused on elevating the customer journey beyond traditional loyalty rewards.

“MTN Prestige is about creating extraordinary moments for our customers,” said Sylvia Elsheikh, MTN Uganda’s Chief Marketing Officer.

“This campaign is a testament to our commitment to offering benefits that truly matter–from exclusive discounts and lifestyle experiences to now opening doors to the world through travel. Together with Turkish Airlines, we can give our high-value customers an opportunity to unlock their next adventure and enjoy unparalleled travel privileges.”

Eligibility for the campaign is open to MTN Uganda prepaid customers aged 18 and above who are enrolled in the MTN Prestige program. Customers can join by dialing *180# and purchasing any Prestige Combo bundle via the My MTN App or USSD 18021#.

Each qualifying purchase enters them into a monthly draw, with one winner selected per month to receive a round-trip economy ticket to any Turkish Airlines destination.

Winners are responsible for visas, travel insurance, accommodation, airport transfers, and meals, while the ticket itself covers airfare and associated taxes and is valid for one year from issuance.

Ali Ozdemir, Turkish Airlines’ Country Manager for Uganda, expressed excitement over the collaboration.

“With our extensive network covering over 131 countries and 353 destinations across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Asia via Istanbul, we are delighted to offer MTN Prestige customers the chance to experience world-class travel and discover new destinations,” he said.

The campaign reflects MTN Uganda’s Ambition 2025 strategy to deliver leading digital and lifestyle services and deepen customer relationships.

As part of the larger MTN Group, which operates in 18 countries across Africa and the Middle East and serves 288 million customers, MTN Uganda has built a reputation for combining innovative technology, financial services, and lifestyle rewards to enrich lives across the country.
