The 3rd International Technology Congress (ITC-2026) and the exhibition “TECHNOLOGIES” will take place on 8–10 September this year at the Patriot Exhibition Centre (Russia, Moscow Region). Representatives from the business community and government bodies will discuss opportunities for international cooperation in the field of technology for key sectors of economic development across the world
Over 5,000 delegates from more than 40 countries are expected to attend. More than 300 organisations will present their innovations at the technology exhibition
The congress brings together sectoral forums and niche events organised by Russian technology associations. The key theme will be the implementation of information and other knowledge-intensive technologies to realise national projects aimed at technological leadership and bringing domestic products to new markets
“The value of the congress lies in its concept – uniting the efforts of industry associations from Russia and partner countries to discuss key issues of technological development. Such a cross-sectoral approach enables us to find comprehensive solutions and to develop unified approaches, and also opens up new opportunities for industrial modernisation,” noted Denis Manturov, First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, to the congress participants
Participants in the plenary session and strategic sessions of ITC-2026 will discuss the role of sectoral coordination and labour productivity in achieving technological sovereignty, as well as the potential of open architectures and open-d exports
The exhibition “TECHNOLOGIES” is organised according to a cluster-based principle. Thematic sections include intelligent control systems and unmanned systems, artificial intelligence, computing and data storage systems, service robots and industrial software, space research and technology, telecommunications systems and services, energy for knowledge-intensive technologies, satellite manufacturing and aerospace technology, video games, ready-made industry solutions, and consumer technologies
The SPACETECH: Advanced space technologies and services cluster occupies a special place. It is dedicated to the latest solutions in the field of space activities
The 2nd Inter-Industry Forum Data Center Infrastructure will address issues of scientific and technical policy in the field of data centres, as well as challenges relating to the construction, equipping, power supply and comprehensive security of digital infrastructure facilities, including specialised data centres
The ICS Forum: Unmanned Systems, Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems will bring together developers, manufacturers and customers of solutions for agriculture, medicine, construction, and the energy sector. They will discuss issues ranging from the regulatory framework to industrial design and exports
The congress will feature demonstrations by industrial centres of excellence on the substitution of foreign sector-specific digital products, including hardware and software systems. Leading Russian customers from various sectors will hold a discussion on cross-sectoral technology transfer
The congress forms part of the programme of events for the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia, which is being held by decree of the President of Russia from 2022 to 2031, as well as the BRICS Centre for Industrial Competencies under the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO)

Prabowo Subianto
President of Indonesia
“This roadmap sets the framework for our joint efforts. Indonesia and Belarus have great potential for expanding cooperation in various fields. Our cooperation will focus on industrial development and agricultural modernisation. In industry, we see a major opportunity to increase trade volumes, investment, and cooperation between our two countries. We are also pushing for closer collaboration in culture and human resource development”
Liao Fan
Director of the Institute of World Economics and Politics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS)
“We also encourage countries of the Global South to work together and contribute to the global economy. We also call on developed countries to set aside issues such as national security and strategic competition when we are discussing real global challenges – pressing issues such as public health or poverty reduction – so that development resources can be channelled truly effectively to those countries that need them. […] Major powers and large countries must bear greater responsibility for the well-being of people around the world. This is the responsibility of the major powers”
Anutin Charnvirakul
Prime Minister of Thailand
“Russia has been a trusted friend of Thailand for over a century. […] Next year, we will mark the 130th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our countries. We will commemorate this important milestone with high-level exchanges, thereby reaffirming our shared commitment to an even stronger partnership for the benefit of our peoples”
Ferdinand Marcos
President of the Republic of the Philippines
“First, peace, security and stability. […] We need our joint efforts to contribute to peace and security and to respond promptly to all threats. Second, a more dynamic economic partnership. Our areas of cooperation in trade are developing. We need to act more ambitiously and decisively in order to facilitate trade, economic flows and the expansion of the business community. […] And third, perhaps one of the most important areas, is our peoples, grants, student exchanges, academic partnerships and tourism. […] The relationships that are being built between our countries are reflected in the summit declaration, and they provide what policy alone cannot achieve”
Anwar Ibrahim
Prime Minister of Malaysia
“The relations in the last few years have been remarkable. We have seen impressive development, and my visit was – you were fantastic. We see the enormous role that Russia can play not only in Malaysia but also in the developing world, ASEAN and the rest. We are exploring this halal economy and finance. We are now almost finishing the visa abolition arrangement. […] And then you have also agreed to these flights for tourism, for trade, and connectivity between Malaysia, Moscow, Kazan, and other cities in Russia”
