CAPE TOWN, July 18. /Dunyo IA/. With the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Doha, a delegation of Uzbekistan’s textile industry is participating for the first time in the international AllFashion Sourcing Cape Town 2026 exhibition in South Africa, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The opening ceremony was attended by Rukhullo Zikrillayev, Deputy Director of the Agency for the Development of Uzbekistan’s Light Industry, as well as diplomats from the Embassy of Uzbekistan.

This year’s exhibition has brought together around 3,000 participants from 12 countries, with approximately 150 companies showcasing their products and services.

Uzbekistan is represented by a 90-square-meter national pavilion, where leading domestic textile manufacturers, including Mollis, Bonito Textiles, and Sultontex, are exhibiting ready-made garments, knitwear, cotton yarn, fabrics, and other value-added textile products.
