Youssoupha Dabo is opening a new chapter in his coaching career. The Senegalese coach has been officially appointed manager of the Libyan national team, with whom he has signed a one-year contract.
Already present in the Libyan selection where he was the assistant to Aliou Cissé, Dabo takes a step forward by becoming the boss of the bench of the Knights of the Mediterranean.
This promotion rewards his experience and the confidence placed in his skills by the Libyan Football Federation.
Having previously worked with AS Vita Club of Congo (DRC), the former coach of Teungueth FC returns to a national team he knows well.
His first visit, however, had been prematurely interrupted due to a dispute over unpaid wages.
This time, the Senegalese coach returns with the mission of rebuilding an ambitious and competitive team. His objective will be to revitalize Libyan football, preparing for upcoming continental and international competitions, while hoping to restore Libya to the elite of <a href="https://absafricatv.com/announcing-the-launch-of-business-cloud-africa/” title=”Announcing the launch of Business Cloud Africa”>African football.
