The Confédération Africaine de Football (“CAF”) has confirmed that the Group Stage Draw for the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League 2026/27 and TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup 2026/27 will take place on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
The draw will be staged at Egypt Football Association (EFA) Headquarters in Cairo.
The draw proceedings for the two competitions will take place as follows:
· TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup: 1400 Cairo time (1100 GMT)
· TotalEnergies CAF Champions League: 1500 Cairo time (1200 GMT)
The event will determine the Group Stage opponents for the 16 qualified clubs in each of Africa’s two premier continental club competitions, setting the stage for the next phase of the race for African football’s most prestigious club honours.
The qualified teams in both competitions will be divided into four groups of four, with the Group Stage scheduled to get underway in November 2026.
The draw will also be broadcast live across CAF’s official digital platforms, includingCAF TV.
