Nigerian Afrobeats starDavid Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has opened up on the cost of maintaining his ‘celebrity lifestyle’.
While speaking during a livestream with Davrel, Davido disclosed that he spends between $200,000 and $300,000 every month, approximately ₦300 million to ₦400 million, subject to the exchange rate.
He added that although the amount may sound alarming, it does not include the expenses of his wife, Chioma, and other members of his house.
Davido also noted that the estimated sum does not also include the expenses for the purchase of luxury cars and jewelry. He noted that being a celebrity can come with enormous financial commitments.
“I spend between $200,000 and $300,000 every month and that doesn’t even include my wife’s expenses or the rest of my household “It also doesn’t include expenses for the purchase of luxury cars and jewelry,” he stated.
