A South African woman named Jody Solomon ha gone viral after sharing an emotional tribute to late Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Jayden Adams, alongside adorable photos of a toddler she claims is their son.

The South African Football Players Union confirmed that Adams passed away on Saturday, July 11 2026.

He was 25 years old. The midfielder had represented Bafana Bafana at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where South Africa reached the Round of 32.
Police investigating his death after the body was discovered revealed that there were no indications of self-harm, despite additional reports suggesting otherwise.
