JAMMU, July 22: NC MLA from Ramban, Arjun Singh Raju has been invited to participate in the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) 2026 Legislative Summit in Chicago, Illinois (USA), from July 27 to 29, 2026.
The invitation was extended by John Mahoney, Associate Director, Institute for International Cooperation, NCSL, through an official letter.
According to the invitation, the summit will bring together legislators, policymakers and thought leaders from across the USA and several other countries to discuss emerging policy challenges, legislative innovations and governance issues.
The participants will attend policy sessions, professional development workshops, networking events and discussions aimed at strengthening legislative cooperation and sharing best practices.
The organizers stated that the summit offers delegates an opportunity to exchange ideas, gain fresh perspectives and develop practical strategies to address contemporary governance challenges in their respective countries.
The NCSL 2026 Legislative Summit will be one of the world’s leading gatherings of legislators and policymakers.
