Residents of Osun state don cast dia votes to elect di next govnor for di state across 30 local goment area state, during di Saturday polls wey hold on 15 August.
Na15 candidates dey contest for di election, including di top contenders, Ademola Adeleke of Accord Party and Bola Oyebamiji of All Progressive Party.
Accord candidate, Ademola Adeleke na di sitting govnor of di state and im dey bid to return back into office.
While, Bola Oyebamiji wey be di preffered candidate of di former govnor of di state, Gboyega Oyetola dey contest under di APC to win di position back for di rulling party.
Osun get 2,339,233 registered voters, but na only 1,906,390 of dem, wey be 81.50%, don collect dia Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) wey dey eligible to participate for di Saturday poll.
Di voting wey start by 8:30 am on Saturday suppose end by 2:30pm if gbege no dey
