OurAfrica.Travel is delighted to announce that its next virtual trade show will take place from 22 – 26 February 2027, so please “Save the Dates” now in your tourism calendars and feel free to register your interest in attending as an exhibitor or buyer on their website now.

As we enter the second half of 2026, OurAfrica.Travel organisers Storm Napier and Allie Hunt thought it was a timely opportunity to reflect on another successful African trade show season, with Experience Africa by partner ATTA® closing off a productive 6 months in style in London at the end of June.

As Africa’s premier virtual trade show, OurAfrica.Travel 2026 enjoyed increased exhibitor support, high-value buyer engagement and a show that resulted in well over twenty thousand business connections across the platform. Held from 16–21 March 2026, the event brought together 212 exhibitors, 442 buyers and 36 media, generating 23,402 messages, 21,426 connections and 7,861 meetings. The show prides itself on its core values of being affordable, accessible and inclusive for all its participants – be they far flung destinations or simply businesses with limited time, budgets or manpower to attend the in-person trade shows.

Over twenty news stories were also shared on the news page. The reputation of OurAfrica.Travel speaks for itself, supported by the participants’ positive feedback. Check out some of the comments on Instagram.

Exhibitors represented a wide spread of destinations across Africa and the Indian Ocean, including South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Uganda, Mozambique, Zanzibar, Rwanda, Madagascar, Malawi, Seychelles and the Maldives.

Buyers joined from keyhe Netherlands, Canada, Kenya, Tanzania, Brazil, India, Germany, Spain, Italy and Mexico. A wonderful benefit of being able to accommodate the different time zones seamlessly

The 2026 edition also continued to shine a spotlight on community and conservation, with an added level of transparency and credibility via a newly formed partnership with Africa’s Eden. This year’s Community & Conservation finalists included Chipembele Wildlife, Endangered Wildlife Trust, Conservation Travel Foundation in the conservation category as well as Uthando, Surfpop Foundation and Impact Fund for their community impact – with a special commendation for the Jafunta Foundation in Zimbabwe which does incredible work across both aspects.

Storm and Allie are delighted to announce the worthy winners of the cash donations on behalf of OurAfrica.Travel to Chipembele Wildlife Education Trust in Zambia for their work in conservation and Uthando (Love) South Africa which won the community title. Thank you to everyone who nominated and voted.

Accommodation prize winners for the most engaged participants throughout the show are currently being contacted by the organisers and will be shared shortly on social media.

Details for all our enthusiastic 2027 “Early Bird” exhibitors will follow shortly.
