    For years, conversations about Africa’s technology ecosystem have focused on startups, funding and innovation. But behind every successful technology ecosystem is another critical ingredient: talent. 10Alytics has spent the past six years building around that ingredient.

    On August 19, 2026, the EdTech company celebrated its sixth anniversary, marking a journey that has taken it from serving learners in Africa to building a community of professionals across five continents. More than 15,000 students have passed through the 10Alytics learning ecosystem, while the company has awarded more than 1,000 technology scholarships.

    Its learners now span Africa, Europe, North America, South America and Asia, with the UK, United States, Canada, Ireland, Nigeria and Ghana among its strongest markets.

    For the company, the numbers tell only part of the story. The bigger story is what happens when talented professionals are given access to practical technology education and the tools required to compete beyond their immediate geography.

    10Alytics has built programmes across some of the fastest-growing areas of the technology economy, including Data Analytics, Business Analysis, HealthTech, Cybersecurity, GRC, Data Science, Cloud and Product Design. The strategy is increasingly relevant as remote work and global hiring continue to change the traditional boundaries of employment.

    A professional no longer necessarily needs to live in Silicon Valley, London or Toronto to contribute to a global technology organisation but competing globally requires more than ambition. It requires demonstrable skills, relevant credentials, practical experience and the confidence to navigate an international job market.

    In 2026, 10Alytics added another milestone to that journey by securing UK CPD accreditation across its programmes. The accreditation strengthens the company’s commitment to professional development and gives learners an additional internationally recognised framework for their learning journey.

    Six years after its launch, 10Alytics’ story is therefore closely connected to a much larger African story. It is the story of professionals refusing to let geography determine the size of their careers.

    It is the story of African talent entering global conversations. And it is the story of an education company betting that with the right skills and opportunities, African professionals can compete anywhere in the world.

    As 10Alytics celebrates six years, its message is simple: the future of African talent is global.
