    Dis na as di Department of Home Affairs gazette launch of dia Trusted Employer Scheme (TES), di scheme wey dem say go help dem modernise South Africa immigration system, attract investment and support economic growth and job creation.

    South Africa say di launch of di scheme go make life beta for South Africans and reduce di rate of unemployement for di kontri.

    According to South Africa, dis employer scheme wey be di second phase go involve companies wey dey involved in infrastructure projects, businesses wey dey establish regional and global headquarters for dia kontri.

    Di purpose of di employer scheme system na to allow South Africans to easily attract skills and manage immigration especially wen dem dey process applications for senior executives, technical personnel, corporate employees and investors.

    According to dis scheme wey go address immigration wahala for South Africa, di Home Affairs say na only accredited employers go qualify to recruit.

    “To qualify, companies gatz demonstrate meaningful investment for South Africa, employ mostly South African citizens or permanent residents, invest in skills development and operate for priority sectors.”

    According to di official gazette, companies and business go first show interest to dey part of di scheme, and na di Home Affairs get di ‘rights to grant or refuse membership status of any company.’

    “Department of Home Affairs go make di final selection, and di applicants go dey advised of di outcome.”
