    Aquila Private Game Reserve and Spa is a private game reserve and spa offering a family-friendly safari escape just under two hours from Cape Town. Set within a 10 000-hectare conservancy in the Karoo, Aquila is home to the iconic Big 5 animals, including elephants, lions, buffalo, rhino and leopard, along with a wide variety of other wildlife

    Aquila offers a range of safari experiences, including traditional 4×4 game drives through the reserve’s dramatic landscapes. Guests can also choose horseback safaris or exhilarating quad bike adventures across the reserve. For those wanting to arrive in style, Aquila also offers luxury helicopter transfers with breathtaking aerial views of the mountains and Karoo terrain below
