Seychelles-based financial technology company Fusepay has launched Fuse360, an artificial intelligence-powered business management platform designed for wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers.
The platform brings together inventory management, orders, invoicing, customer credit, collections and retailer relationships in a single system. It is integrated with FusePay, the company’s licensed payments platform, allowing businesses to manage their operations and financial transactions within the same ecosystem.

Fusepay said the product was developed to address the fragmented systems commonly used by trade businesses, where inventory, invoices, payments and customer records are often managed through separate software, spreadsheets and messaging applications.
Fuse360 uses AI agents to assist employees with repetitive operational tasks, including payment reconciliation, collections, reporting, credit monitoring and business analysis. The company said the system is intended to support staff rather than replace them.
The platform also includes a retailer portal through which customers can place orders, view invoices, download statements and monitor outstanding balances. Know Your Business and Know Your Customer onboarding tools are also available to help suppliers assess businesses before extending trade credit.
An AI-powered credit intelligence feature analyses customer payment behaviour, historical patterns and outstanding financial exposure. Fusepay said the feature could help wholesalers make credit decisions using operational and financial information recorded within the platform.
Fusepay was founded by chief executive Vidhyasahar Thiyagarajan and chief technology officer Francesco Rocchi. Both founders grew up around family-owned retail and wholesale businesses and said their experience influenced the development of Fuse360.
The company is licensed as a payment service provider by the Central Bank of Seychelles. It operates from Seychelles and has a parent company incorporated in Delaware.
Fusepay has raised more than US$350,000 in pre-seed funding from investors including Hustle Fund, Everywhere Ventures, First Check Ventures and Startup Istanbul. Velocity Digital and angel investor Ashwin Ravichandran have also invested in the company.
Fuse360 launched in Seychelles in July 2026. Fusepay plans to enter Mauritius in September, followed by selected East and Southern African markets before the end of the year.
Thiyagarajan said the platform was created after the company observed businesses spending significant amounts of time managing disconnected systems instead of focusing on growth.
