The Centre seeks to examine contemporary developments in data protection, algorithmic accountability, digital rights, cybersecurity, and the ethical deployment of emerging technologies through interdisciplinary and research-oriented initiatives.

The Blog encourages contributions that examine the legal, social, economic, and regulatory dimensions of cyberspace and AI governance while remaining accessible, analytical, and research-driven.
Situated in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, where digital public infrastructure and technological innovation are advancing at an unprecedented pace, the Centre is acutely aware of the complex challenges that define the modern internet and AI ecosystem. The proliferation of agentic AI, synthetic media (deepfakes), algorithmic bias, and sophisticated cyber threats present pressing legal and human rights questions. Therefore, the Blog particularly welcomes submissions that explore these technological complexities, critically analyzing how global technology standards intersect with domestic realities, localized data challenges, and emerging frameworks like India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).
The objective of the Blog is to bridge the gap between academic scholarship, policymaking, industry practices, and digital rights by disseminating high-quality and impactful research.
The Blog invites original and unpublished submissions from students, researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, policymakers, tech industry professionals, and all individuals interested in cyber law, AI ethics, and allied disciplines.

As part of our commitment to fostering digital legal literacy, everyone who successfully submits a manuscript to the blog will be eligible to enroll in a free certificate course on Cyber Law, which is supported by Google. Contributions are welcome from students, academicians, researchers, legal practitioners, policymakers, technology professionals, and others interested in cyber law, AI governance, and related disciplines.

- Manuscripts should not be under consideration with any other journal, blog, website, or publication platform at the time of submission.
- Authors must properly acknowledge all sources used.
- Any form of plagiarism or unethical academic conduct (including the undisclosed use of AI-generated text for writing the manuscript) shall result in rejection.
