    What many spent years striving to achieve, 16-year-old Osasere Okundaye has accomplished with exceptional brilliance in the shortest possible time in Nigeria so far. Okundaye becomes Nigeria’s youngest <a href="https://absafricatv.com/sixteen-year-old-okundaye-emerges-nigerias-youngest-chartered-accountant-businessday-ng-3/" title=" Sixteen-year-old Okundaye emerges Nigeria’s youngest chartered accountant – Businessday NG”>chartered accountant, breaking a record and become a symbol of hard work, discipline, and youthful ambition at the same time

    Okundaye made history for herself and the country after successfully qualifying through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and drawing praise from the federal government

     

    Ayodele Olawande, the minister of youth development, applauded the teenager in a statement on Monday, describing her achievement as a reflection of hard work, discipline, resilience, and a strong commitment to excellence

     

    “I heartily congratulate Osasere Okundaye on her outstanding achievement of becoming Nigeria’s youngest Chartered Accountant at just 16 years of age,” the minister said

     

    Olawande noted that her success underscores the vast potential of Nigerian youths and should serve as motivation for others to remain focused and determined in pursuing their ambitions

    “Okundaye has distinguished herself as a shining example of the limitless potential of Nigerian youth. Her accomplishment shows that with determination, dedication, and the right support, young Nigerians can break barriers and set new records,” he noted

    She became Nigeria’s youngest chartered accountant at just 16 years old

    She earned the qualification through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), one of the country’s most rigorous professional bodies
