    Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have arrested a suspected Boko Haram/Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) logistics supplier during an <a href="https://absafricatv9491.live-website.com/who-started-the-fire-inside-europes-arson-intelligence-gap/” title=”Who started the fire? Inside Europe's arson intelligence gap”>intelligence-led operation in Gubio Local Government Area of Borno State.

    IntelligenceRayami, 32, was apprehended at about 2:30 p.m. on July 27 by troops of the 149 Battalion (Motorised), Gubio, in conjunction with Hybrid Forces and the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF)

    The operation followed credible intelligence that linked the suspect to the supply of logistics to terrorists operating along the Binduldul–Kareto axis.

    According to theion of supplies believed to be destined for insurgents. Recovered items included five jerrycans of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), two jerrycans of palm oil, one bag each of salt, pepper and garri, six bags of flour, seven bags of sugar, one sack of soft drinks, and a mobile phone

    During preliminary interrogation, Rayami reportedly confessed to supplying fuel and food items to Boko Haram/ISWAP fighters operating in the Binduldul–Kareto corridor.

    The suspect and the recovered items are currently in military custody for further investigation and prosecution.

    Military troops returned safely to base at about 3:20 p.m

    The arrest is part of sustained intelligence-driven operations by Operation Hadin Kai aimed at disrupting terrorist logistics networks and denying insurgents access to fuel, food and other critical supplies across the North-East.
