Zero Gravity London returned in grand style on Saturday, July 11, 2026, transforming Theata at 8 Victoria Embankment into a vibrant celebration of African music, culture and nightlife.
The event, founded by Nigerian entertainment figures, DJ Consequence and Eniola Tizzle, attracted a packed crowd of music lovers for an evening of afrobeats, amapiano and electronic sounds, reaffirming its growing reputation as one of the leading African nightlife experiences outside the continent.
Originally conceived on the beaches of Lagos at Sol Beach, Elegushi, Zero Gravity has grown into an international movement, spanning 19 cities and hosting 48 events <a href="https://absafricatv.com/what-the-world-cup-can-teach-us-about-human-connection/” title=”What the World Cup Can Teach Us About Human Connection”>worldwide. The organisers say the platform is dedicated to exporting the authentic energy of Lagos nightlife to audiences across the globe.
The London edition featured a lineup of DJs, hypemen and performers who kept revellers on their feet throughout the night.
DJ Wind opened the event with a high-energy set that blended Afrobeats and Amapiano, setting the tone for the evening. He was followed by DJ Notorious and Hypeman Jeje, who further ignited the crowd with an interactive performance.
Other acts included DJ Oyinbo, DJ Pablo alongside MC Quads, DJ Laj,each delivering performances that maintained the momentum of the event
One of the highlights of the night was the performance by Nigerian-born, Birmingham-based DJ and producer, Bammixx. His set, which showcased afrobeats and amapiano, received an enthusiastic response from the audience.
Bammixx later teamed up with DJ Wind for a collaborative performance, with dancer, Pocolee, joining them on stage to further energise the audience.
DJ Consequence headlined the closing session alongside Active Boy, Pocolee and Jerry Shaffer, delivering a performance that blended afrobeats with seamless transitions and crowd interaction.
