National Law University Delhi, in collaboration with Uppsala University, Sweden, invites applications for the European–South Asian Investment Arbitration Bootcamp 2026, an intensive five-day programme scheduled to be held from 9–13 November 2026.

The Bootcamp aims to foster academic and professional exchange between Europe and South Asia in the field of international investment law and arbitration. Designed for law students, in-house counsel, public officials and other interested participants, the programme will provide an opportunity to engage with contemporary developments in investment arbitration, economic security and international economic policy.

The programme will combine expert lectures, practical workshops and career-focused discussions to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the evolving investment arbitration landscape. With a particular focus on the challenges faced by European and South Asian jurisdictions, the Bootcamp seeks to bridge regional perspectives and encourage dialogue on the future of international investment law and dispute resolution.

The Bootcamp will feature an eminent international faculty comprising distinguished jurists, academics and practitioners. The faculty includes Justice L. Nageswara Rao, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India; Justice (Dr.) Arjan Kumar Sikri, International Judge at the Singapore International Commercial Court and former Judge of the Supreme Court of India; Prof. Dr. M.
