The Choral Celebration Network Foundation (CCNF) aims to elevate harmony within the South African choral and orchestral industry through non-competitive and neutral performance opportunities.

The power of music knows no borders, and this August, hundreds of young musicians from across South Africa and beyond will come together for a celebration of harmony, creativity and collaboration.

The CCNF is hosting the SCL on Tour International Youth Music Festival and Competition at the <a href="https://absafricatv9491.live-website.com/world-cup-2026-brutally-exciting/” title=”World Cup 2026: Brutally exciting”>world-renowned Sun City Resort from 5 to 10 August.

The multi-day festival will bring together youth choirs from different backgrounds, including high school and university mixed choirs, treble choirs, male and female choirs, and children’s choirs. Participants will take part in choral competitions, specialised workshops, and receive guidance and feedback from an international panel of experts.

Founded with the goal of strengthening South Africa’s choral and orchestral landscape, CCNF creates inclusive opportunities where musicians can connect, learn and celebrate cultural diversity through music.

In this episode of OFM Art Beat, CCNF CEO and founder Alta Maré joins Yolanda Maartens to share more about this unique musical safari experience and the vision behind bringing young voices together in one of South Africa’s most iconic destinations.
